- You need 400 gm of crumbled paneer.
- Provide 3 tbspn of condensed milk.
- Take 3 tbspn of rose syrup.

- You need of Some powderes almonds and pistachios for garnishing.

- Take a vessel add 400 gm crumbled paneer,3 tbspn milk powder, 3 tbsp condensed milk,3 tbspn rose surup and a pinch of cardamom powder,mix well..keep on a stove on a very low flame and keep stiring it continously till its cooked and you get a thick texture! Take out in a ghee greased tray garnish with some powdered almonds and pistachios(optional) let it cool completely! Make pieces and serve!.
